Please note that by submitting an order to www.trevorcraggs.co.uk ("the website") you accept the following conditions:
Payment:
Payment may be made on-line or by telephone using PayPal (using credit/debit card). Alternatively, you may use cheque, postal order, BACS or cash by arrangement. In the event of dissatisfaction, refunds will only be made using a banking system.
Postage & Packing:
The charge for UK postage & packing is included in the price stated on the web site. All goods will be securely parceled and will be normally dispatched by Royal Mail Special within ten days. The parcel will require a signature on delivery.
Accuracy:
While every attempt is made to ensure that information on the website is accurate, no liability is accepted for any errors. Descriptions may only be approximate and may be changed without notice.
Ordering:
Orders may be made on-line, by telephone, in writing or in person. Orders will normally be despatched to addresses within the UK within 10 working days of receipt of payment. If an order is not fulfilled within 15 working days, you must inform me in writing or we will not be responsible for any loss. Customers will be informed of any known undue delay. Please ensure that delivery addresses are accurate. If you wish to make an order and live outside the UK, please email or telephone (08.00 - 18.00 GMT) and I will do my best to accommodate your request. I reserve the right to delay or refuse orders where a transaction contains incomplete details or details that cannot be verified, or where fraud is suspected. All orders will be dispatched subject to availability.
Damaged Goods:
Please check goods on delivery and if necessary sign for them as "not inspected, but packing damaged" and contact us immediately.
Returns & Refunds:
Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment. You will be responsible for return postage.
Extraordinary Circumstances:
We cannot be held responsible for disruption caused by industrial disputes or events outside our direct control.
Confidentiality:
Customer details will not be disclosed to third parties.

The copyright of all Trevor Craggs images remains the property of Trevor Craggs. Even if you have bought an original painting or a print you may not take or make any copy. Commissioned images are also the copyright of Trevor Craggs.
Applicable Law:
All transactions will be subject to English Law and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
